Wedding packages are priced per venue and vary with attendance:


Pricing is structured as follows:

Up to 100 people:$6,000.00
100 to 150 people:$7,500.00
Per-head charge for over 150$50.00 per head

Waterfall Ceremony: $375.00
Sidewalls for pavilion/barn: $375.00
Ceremony chairs: $2.50 per chair
Cart rental: $20.00 per cart
Cleanup: $500.00

Note: Cleaning deposit of $250.00 is refundable if renter removes chairs and cleans site.

Event Deposit, Final Payments, and Cancellation Policy:

  • A 50% deposit is required upon signing of contract to confirm a site reservation.
  • 1/2 of this deposit is refundable up to 6 months prior to your event if written notice has been received before that time.
  • No contract is created until this Agreement is signed by you, the Client, an Apple
  • Greens Representative, and the 50% deposit is paid.
  • Events booked within 3 months of the event date require the full rental fee and security deposit at the time of booking.
  • Final Payment is due 2 months before event.
  • Late fee of $500 is charged if payment is not received by the above date.
