When it comes to your wedding day, it’s hard to put a price tag on perfection. Here at the Apple, we want to give you the perfect day with everything you want for the budget you need. Our barn or pavilion wedding packages start with simple, manageable pricing that’s broken out below.

Barn:

Pricing is structured as follows:

Up to 100 guests:$6,000.00
100 to 150 guests:$7,500.00
Per-head charge for over 150$50.00 per head

Pavilion:

Pricing is structured as follows:*

Up to 100 guests:$2000.00
Per-head charge over 100 guests$15.00

Waterfall Ceremony: $425.00
Sidewalls for pavilion/barn: $400.00
Ceremony chairs: $2.50 per chair
Cart rental: $20.00 per cart
Cleanup: $500.00 (Note: Cleaning deposit of $250.00 is refundable if Renter removes and cleans site.)

Event Deposit, Final Payments, and Cancellation Policy:

  • A 50% deposit is required upon signing of contract to confirm a site reservation.
  • 1/2 of this deposit is refundable up to 6 months prior to your event if written notice has been received before that time.
  • No contract is created until this Agreement is signed by you, the Client, an Apple Greens Representative, and the 50% deposit is paid.
  • Events booked within 3 months of the event date require the full rental fee and security deposit at the time of booking.
  • Final Payment is due 2 months before event.
  • Late fee of $500 is charged if payment is not received by the above date.
